摘要
利用高效液相色谱法测定新疆一枝蒿枝及花中17种氨基酸含量,结果表明:新疆一枝蒿枝及花中含有多种氨基酸,氨基酸总含量分别达到1.3856%和3.5522%,可用于开发保健饮品。
By using HPLC ,the content of 17 kinds amino acids in Artemisia rupestris L. branch and flower was determinated. The test result showed that the Artemisia rupestris L. branch and flower contains many kinds of amino acid , contents of total amino acid were 1.385 6 % and 3.552 2 %. Utilization of A rtemisia rupestris L. branch and flower as a excellent healthful drinking.
