摘要
[目的]探讨气体二氧化氟对谷类作物种子表面消毒方法。[方法]利用气体二氧化氯安全、高效的杀菌性质,通过控制变量法对稻谷和小麦种子表面微生物杀灭效果研究并进行菌种鉴定。[结果]以15和7 mg/L气体二氧化氯分别对稻谷和小麦种子进行90 min熏蒸取得最优杀菌效果,杀菌率达到96%和99%。该结果也在市售商品稻谷和小麦种子上得到验证。[结论]该研究结果表明,气体二氧化氯熏蒸处理能够实现稻谷和小麦种子更安全、长久的运输和贮藏。
[Objective]The aim was to explore the surface disiniection method tor crop grains with chlorine dioxide gas.[Method]The bacteria killing effect of chlorine dioxide gas was conducted with controlled variable method.[Result]The optimal sterilization effect was obtained with 15 and 7 mg/L chlorine dioxide gas for 90 min fumigation sterilization on rice and wheat,respectively,with the sterilization rate up to 96%and 99%.The results were also verified in commercial rice and wheat seeds.[Conclusion]The results showed that chlorine dioxide gas fumigation could facilitate the transportation and preservation of rice and wheat seeds.
