摘要
为了改良评教方案,对教师评教系统数据进行了分析并提出了一套更为合理的评教方法。利用主成分分析法找出影响评教结果的主要指标,再利用所得的指标进行二次评教。结果表明,评教数据的克伦巴赫信度系数得到提高。因此依据评教数据的主成分进行二次评教可以作为一种更为合理的改进评教的方法。
In order to improve the traditional teaching assessment method, analyzed the data from teaching assessment system and proposed a more reasonable means. First, find the main indexes that influence the outcome of teaching evaluation by Principal Component Analysis (PCA).And then, conduct the teaching assessment for the second time using the main indexes from the first step. It turned out that the Cronbach's alpha of the teaching assessment data was improved. Therefore, it would be a more ra- tional method to improve the traditional one.
