摘要
目的观察宣肺平肝汤治疗不明原因慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将60例不明原因慢性咳嗽患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组给予宣肺平肝汤治疗,对照组给予苏黄止咳胶囊治疗,疗程为8周。观察并比较两组患者咳嗽症状积分、中医证候疗效的变化。结果治疗组中医证候疗效的总有效率为90.00%,对照组为80.00%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的咳嗽积分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宣降平肝汤治疗慢性咳嗽能有效缓解患者的临床症状,能够提高临床治愈率。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xuan Fei Ping Gan decoction in treating chronic cough with unknown causes. Methods： 60 cases of chronic cough were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Xuan Fei Ping Gan decoction. The control group was treated with Su Huang Cough Capsule for 8 weeks. The cough symptom score,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were compared. Results： the total effective rate was 90 % in the treatment group and 80 % in the control group,and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the cough scores of the two groups were decreased（ P〈0. 05）,and the cough score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Xuan Fei Ping Gan decoction can effectively relieve chronic cough,which improve the clinical cure rate.
