摘要
从病因病机和治疗方法2个方面归纳总结了近5年中医治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的研究进展。本病的病理因素以风、痰、瘀为主,病机为以风邪为主的六淫之邪束于肌表,遇诱因内外合邪而发。治法以整体观念、辨证论治为宗旨,治疗当分缓急或分期辨证,以祛风为主,兼以治痰、防瘀、调体。此外,中医专方、中成药及外治法亦体现了中医药独有的特点。最后指出目前存在的问题及今后应该研究的方向。
This paper summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic cough in children in recent 5 years,mainly from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis and therapeutic method.The pathological factors of this disease are mainly wind,phlegm and blood stasis,and the pathogenesis is pathogenic wind as the key of six exogenous pathogenic factors,which is aggregated on the skin surface and attacks when encountering inducements combined with internal and external pathogenic factors.The therapeutic method always takes the overall concept and syndrome differentiation as its aim,and the treatment should be in order of priority of the disease or the differential treatment based on staging, focusing onexpelling wind,combined with treating phlegm,preventing blood stasis and regulating body.In addition,the special prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese patent medicine and external treatment methods also embody the unique characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.It also points out the existing problems and the research direction in the future.
