采用了底涂法和直接加入法提高改性α -氰基丙烯酸乙酯 (α -胶 )的固化速度 ,考察了加速固化剂与α -胶的相溶性以及这两种加速固化方法对改性α -胶的力学性能影响。实验结果表明 ,底涂法可大大缩短改性α -胶固化时间 ,但会严重降低其力学性能 ,直接加入亲水基团物质N2 10聚醚 ,既可有效提高固化速度 ,又不影响α -胶的力学性能 ,加入量以
To shorten set time of modified ethlα-cyanoacrylate adhesive(α-adhesive),two methods,pre coating and pre adying additives,were introduced,and different fast curing additives was used in the two methods.The dissolution of different fast curing additives with ethylα-cyanoacrylate was studied.The influence of the two methods of shortening set time on the mechanical properties of modified ethylα-cyanoacrylate adhesive was discussed. The results showed that using pre coating could shorten set time greatly,but decreased the mechanical properties,impact strength is 2~5 76KJ/m 2,.While pre adding polyether N210 could shorten set time greatly as well as improve somewhat the mechanical properties,reached 12 8KJ/m 2,and the appropriate adding amount was about1%(wt).
