摘要
以酸酐或羧酸类物质作为黏附促进剂,制备改性α-胶(α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶粘剂),并考察了黏附促进剂种类和含量对α-胶的耐湿热老化性能和热强度等影响。结果表明:当w(邻苯二甲酸酐)=0.2%时,α-胶的耐湿热老化性能相对较高(其耐湿热强度保持率从63.96%升至89.98%),并且其热强度降幅相对最小。
With the anhydride or carboxylic acid types compounds as adhesion promoters, a modified α-adhesive(α-eyanoacrylate adhesive) was prepared,and the influences of adhesion promoters types and contents on humidity-heat aging resistance and heat resistance strength of a-adhesives were investigated. The results showed that the a-adhesive had relatively higher humidity-heat aging resistance(humidity-heat resistance strength-retaining rates increased from 63.96% to 89.98%) and relatively minimum fall-amplitude in heat resistance strength when mass fraction of phthalic anhydride was 0.2%.
