摘要
主要介绍层次分析法及其在食品供应链安全、食品加工安全、食品品质评价和食品包装等方面的应用,并作出了相应的评价,为加快我国食品工业的发展,建议在食品领域做出相应的决策分析时使用层次分析法。
Analytical hierarchy process and its application on food supply chain security, food processing security, food quality evaluation and food packaging were introduced and some evaluation was also made. For accelerating the development of food industry in China, analytic hierarchy process should be recommended to make decision in various aspects of food industry.
