Application of E-learning combined with traditional lecture in pain knowledge training for new nurses

摘要 [目的]探讨电子学习(E-learning)结合传统讲座在新护士疼痛知识培训中的应用效果。[方法]将2013年100名新护士作为对照组,2014年100名新护士作为观察组。对照组采用传统的疼痛护理讲座形式培训,观察组采用E-learning结合传统讲座对新护士进行培训。培训结束后采用疼痛管理知识与态度调查问卷(KASRP)中文版进行调查。[结果]培训后观察组KASRP得分高于对照组。[结论]采用E-learning结合传统讲座对新护士进行培训可增强培训效果。
