摘要
为掌握结构混凝土破损修复后的服役性能,进行了快速修复材料与旧混凝土协同工作性能的系统研究。以环氧树脂、乙二胺、丙酮为基体,设计了快速修复材料;对快速修复材料硬化浆体与既有混凝土的协同工作性,包括抗压、抗折强度和稳定性等指标,进行了系统研究。结果表明,快速修复混凝土的协同抗压和抗劈裂性能均得到提高,其中协同抗压强度最高可提高80%,4h的收缩值仅为0.095mm,完全满足结构混凝土快速修复的要求。
Aiming at better understanding the service performance of the repaired structural concrete after it was damaged,a systematic study of the cooperative performance of the quick-repairing materials with the existing concrete is carried out.Based on epoxy resin,ethidene diamine and acetone,a new-type quick-repairing material is designed in the paper.The cooperative performance of the hardened mortar body made out of the quick-repairing materials with the existing concrete,including the compressive strength,rupture strength and stability,is studied in a systematic way.The results show that the cooperative compressive strength and rupture strength of the quick-repairing materials are all improved,with the cooperative compressive strength increased as much as 80%.The 4-hour shrinkage value is only 0.095 mm.All the targets show that the quick-repairing materials can meet the the quick-repairing requirements for the structural concrete.
