环氧沥青混凝土铺装意外损伤快速修复技术研究 被引量:3

A Quick Rehabilitation Technique for the Accidental Damage of the Epoxy Asphalt Concrete Pavement

摘要 为了对钢桥面环氧沥青混凝土铺装的意外损伤进行快速修复,避免其成为桥面铺装破坏的起点,提出了一种快速修复材料并对其进行了评价。首先介绍了钢桥面沥青混凝土铺装意外损伤的修复材料与工艺,其次对沥青混凝土材料的意外损伤进行了模拟预制并进行了修复,进而分别采用小梁三点弯曲试验与车辙试验对修复后试件的强度和抗变形能力进行了室内试验测试。试验结果表明修复后试件与完好试件的强度性能相当;养护8h后轮载作用1h的变形为0.813mm,动稳定度达到8 300次/mm,具有良好的抗变形能力。最后采用该快速修复技术对某大跨径钢桥意外损伤进行了实桥修复,修复后使用情况较好。 In order to quickly rehabilitate the accidental damage of the asphalt concrete wearing course of steel bridge deck,to prevent it become the start point of the pavement damage,a quick rehabilitation material was presented and evaluated.The repair material and technique of the accidental damage on the steel deck pavement was firstly introduced.Secondly,the accident damages were simulated and repaired in the laboratory.After that,a three point bending beam test and the wheel tracking test were employed to assess the strength and the deformation resistance of the repaired specimens.The test results showed that the strength of the repaired beams is not less than that of the original beams,and the deformation of the 8 h-cured specimen after the wheel load for 1 h was only 0.813 mm,and the dynamic stability of the specimen was 8 300 cycle/mm,indicating a good deformation resistance.At last,the rehabilitation technique was successfully applied to the accidental damage on the wearing course of a long span steel bridge deck.
