摘要
从创新治理的观点出发 ,具体分析了美国硅谷的创新网络及其历史形成 ,并有针对性地讨论了硅谷经验的若干公共政策含义。
From the perspective of governance of innovation, this paper analyzed in some detail the innovative networks and its evolution at Silicon Valley in the United States. On this basis, some public policy implications are drawn for the development of China's high tech industries.
