玄武岩纤维混凝土力学性能试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为提高混凝土的抗弯拉性、抗冲击性和耐磨性,在混凝土中添加玄武岩纤维,制成玄武岩纤维混凝土。对不同水灰比、不同玄武岩纤维含量的10种常用配合比混凝土,开展了水泥混凝土立方体抗压强度试验、抗弯拉强度试验、断裂能试验和耐磨性试验,研究了玄武岩纤维含量对混凝土抗压强度、抗弯强度、断裂能和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:添加2-4kg/m^3的玄武岩纤维,混凝土的抗弯强度增加4%-13%,断裂能增加23%-138%,磨耗值降低2%-18%,混凝土抗压强度下降4%-18%。 In order to improve the mechanical properties such as tensile strength,shock resistance and abrasion resistance,basalt fiber is added into the concrete to make basalt fiber reinforced concrete.Ten commonly used concrete mixtures with different water/cement ratio and different content of basalt fiber are used for mechanical tests including compressive strength,flexural strength,fracture energy,and abrasion resistance,so that the effects of the content of basalt fiber on the compressive strength,flexural strength,fracture energy and abrasion resistance of the concrete are analyzed.The results show that by adding the basalt fiber of 2-4kg/m^3,the flexural strength of the concrete increases by 4%-13%,the fracture energy increases by 23%-138%,the abrasion value decreases by 2%-18%,but the compressive strength decreases by 4%-18%.
