体积掺量与混杂比对钢-聚丙烯纤维水泥基体性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Volume Mixture and Mixing Ratio on Properties of Steel-Polypropylene Fiber Cement

摘要 选用长度分别为13 mm、9 mm的钢纤维(SF)、聚丙烯纤维(PF)进行混杂,对7 d龄期的不同体积掺量和混杂比的钢-聚丙烯纤维水泥基复合材料(H-SPCC)进行抗压和抗折试验。试验结果:混掺钢纤维聚丙烯纤维(H-SP)对改善水泥基复合材料力学性能效果显著,且体积掺量和混杂比对H-SPCC的力学性能的影响较为显著。当钢纤维体积分数为1%,体积混杂比为3∶1时,对抗压性能增强效果最佳,抗压强度为38.07 MPa,相比未掺H-SP纤维提高了58.9%;当钢纤维体积分数为1%,体积混杂比为5∶1时,对抗折性能增强效果最佳,抗折强度为6.80 MPa,相比未掺H-SP纤维提高了26.4%。 The steel fibres(SFs)in the length of 13mm and 9mm are chosen to mix with the PF.The polypropylene-fiber-cement-based compound material(H-SPCC)at seven days of age with different volume mixture and mixture ratio were subjected to compression test and bending test.It was found that the hybrid steel fiber polypopylene(H-SP)is obvious in promoting the mechanical properties of the cement-based composites,and the volume content and mixing ratio have a significant effect on the mechanical properties of H-SPCC.When the volume fraction of steel fiber is 1%and the volume mixing ratio is 3:1,the compressive strength enhancement effect is the best,with the compressive strength at 38.07 MPa,which is 58.9%higher than that of undoped H-SP fiber;When the volume fraction of the steel fiber is 1%and the volume mixing ratio is 5:1,the flexural performance enhancement effect is the best,with the flexural strength being 6.80 MPa,which is 26.4%higher than that of the undoped H-SP fiber.
