摘要
[目的]为评价氯虫苯甲酰胺在玉米中的残留安全,研究施药后该农药在玉米籽粒、玉米植株和土壤中的残留分布情况以及在玉米植株中的消解动态趋势。[方法]采用Qu ECh ERS前处理,结合液质联用法测定氯虫苯甲酰胺在玉米籽粒、玉米秸秆、土壤中的残留量。[结果]玉米籽粒和玉米植株中氯虫苯甲酰胺最小检出质量分数为0.02 mg/kg,土壤中最小检出质量分数为0.005 mg/kg。在玉米籽粒、玉米植株、土壤中分别添加不同质量分数氯虫苯甲酰胺,回收率范围为77%~100%,变异系数范围为0.7%~7.3%。测定北京和吉林试验点玉米植株中氯虫苯甲酰胺的消解规律,符合一级动力学指数模型,半衰期分别为11.6、17.3 d。[结论]按照试验用药剂量,玉米籽粒中的氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量符合国家限量标准,可认为是安全的。
[Aims] In order to evaluate the safety of chlorantraniliprole residues in corn. The pesticide distribution in maize kernel, plant, soil, and the degradation dynamics in corn plant were studied. [Methods] Target pesticide in three kinds of samples were detected by Qu ECh ERS and LC-MS/MS. [Results] The limits of quantification were 0.02 mg/kg for maize kernel, plant, and 0.005 mg/kg for soil. When the spiked levels were 0.005-1 mg/kg, the recoveries for chlorantraniliprole in maize kernel, plant and soil were 77-100%. The relative standard deviations(RSDs) of the method were 0.7-7.3%. The degradation dynamics of chlorantraniliprole in corn plant from Beijing and Jilin fit with first order kinetics equation. The half lives of chlorantraniliprole from Beijing and Jilin were 11.6 and 17.3 d, respectively.[Conclusions] According to the dose of chlorantraniliprole, the chlorantraniliprole residues in maize kernel conform with the nation standard, which were safe.
