摘要 建立电池模型是改进电池反应性能与热设计、电池应用系统仿真、电池SOC及SOH等参数估算、优化电池管理系统等工作的基础。根据电池建模原理与应用场所不同可以分为电化学机理模型、热模型和拟合模型。BEST、COMSOL和DUALFOIL等都是基于电池的物理化学方程模型开发的电池模拟软件,主要用于优化电池设计,ADVISOR集合了电池的等效电路模型,应用于电动汽车的仿真。针对一般化的电池建模原理,考虑电池组内单体电池的性能差异,提出电池实例化的概念,为深入研究提供参考。 Battery model was the foundation of improving the design and performance of the cell reaction, designing thermal management system, estimating the battery SOC and SOH and other parameters, optimization of battery management system and so on. According to the different principle and application, models could be divided into three types, which were electrochemical mechanism model, thermal model and the fitting model. BEST, COMSOL and DUALFOIL were software package developed by Companies and Universities, which were based on the physical and chemical equation model and used for optimizing battery design. ADVISOR collected battery equivalent circuit models and was used for electric vehicles simulation. Based on general principles of modeling a battery and considering the difference of the single cell and cell array, the concept of the battery instantiation was proposed,which was beneficial for further research.
