摘要
为优化蓄电池性能以及保障蓄电池安全,提出一种根据蓄电池充放电电流优化值精细调节系统输出电压的直流电源系统。首先,通过检测蓄电池输出电压和电流,实时估计蓄电池的等效电动势和等效内阻;其次,根据蓄电池等效电动势、等效内阻以及蓄电池的综合性能要求确定蓄电池的充放电电流优化值;最后,根据蓄电池充放电电流优化值精细调节直流电源系统的输出电压,使直流电源系统输出电压在允许范围内波动,迫使蓄电池实际充放电电流值趋于蓄电池充放电电流优化值,从而优化蓄电池性能和确保蓄电池安全。理论分析和实例分析表明,该方法具有实际可行性,能优化蓄电池性能和提高蓄电池安全性。
In order to optimize the performance of storage battery and ensure the safety of storage battery,a DC power supply system was proposed to finely regulate the output voltage of the system according to the optimal value of the charging and discharging current of storage battery.Firstly,the equivalent electromotive force and internal resistance of the battery are estimated in real time by detecting the output voltage and current of the battery.Secondly,the optimal value of the charging and discharging current of the battery is determined according to the requirements of the equivalent electromotive force,the equivalent internal resistance and the comprehensive performance of the battery.Finally,the output voltage of DC power supply system can be adjusted precisely according to the optimal value of charging and discharging current of storage battery,so that the output voltage of DC power supply system fluctuates within the allowable range,which forces the actual charging and discharging current value of storage battery to tend to the optimal value of charging and discharging current of storage battery,so as to optimize the performance of storage battery and ensure the safety of storage battery.The theoretical analysis and case study show that the method is feasible and can optimize the performance of battery and improve the safety of battery.
