摘要
结合检测鉴定规范和相关专业,通过对某超过建筑设计使用年限的重型工业厂房进行结构受损情况调查,对构件的变形、混凝土强度损失、钢筋强度损失、抗震性能损伤进行现场实测,并对受损结构的残余承载力进行验算分析,得出该建筑物结构的安全等级和加固方案,消除结构存在的安全隐患,同时为其他同类鉴定提供参考。
Combining detection and identification and related majors, detection of damage to a heavy industrial plant over a period of time.The deformation of the components, the loss of concrete strength, the strength of the reinforcement, and the seismic performance of the site are measured, and the residual bearing capacity of the damaged structure is checked and analyzed.Safety level and reinforcement scheme of the building structure is obtained.Eliminate the structure of the security risks.Provide the basis for other similar identification.
