摘要
结合工程实例,对于典型重型工业厂房的结构设计选型进行分析。通过模型计算,比较了钢格构工字柱、4管钢管混凝土柱和2管钢管混凝土柱3种柱系统的结构性能和经济指标,最后确定采用2管钢管混凝土柱。简洁的钢管混凝土体系增加了厂房有效使用面积,综合效益明显。
This article analyses the structure design for typical heavy industrial plant with practical engineering case. Through the comparison of the construction performance and economic benefit among Steel lattice H column system, concrete-filled steel four tube column system and concrete-filled steel two tube column system by model calculation, it finally decides to adopt concrete-filled steel two tube column applied to the practical engineering case. The concrete filled steel tube system in brief increases the effective area of the plant and shows the notable effect of economy.
