摘要
结合广东省原材料、桥涵工程施工特点,对自密实混凝土的配合比设计方法等技术进行本土化适用性研究。在实验室试验的基础上,对配合比进行了优化调整。从广东省珠三角地区选取集料,进行的自密实混凝土各因素水平对于混凝土性能指标的测试分析,得到最优配合比为:用水量为165kg,水泥用量438kg,砂率46%(砂石总量控制在1800kg左右),PCA-1型聚羧酸减水剂掺量为1.2%,矿物掺合料掺量占胶凝材料总量的30%(粉煤灰15%、矿粉15%)。试验结果表明上述配合比符合规范要求,对于就地取材配制自密实有理论和工程意义。
Combined the characteristic of Guangdong Province material and bridge construction, the localized self-compacting mix proportion technology research is carried out. based on laboratory test, the mix proportion is optimized and adjusted, aggregates are selected from Guangdong Province, the Pearl River Delta. after analyze the affect of each fact for self self-compacting mix proportion, the optimal mix proportion is as follows, the water consumption is 165kg, the cement dosage is 438kg, sand ratio is 46%, PCA-1 polyearboxylate superplasticizer amount is 1.2%, mineral admixture account for 30% of the whole cementitious materials (fly-ash account for 15%, breeze account for another 15%) . the test result shows that the above mix proportion is satisfied with the current codes, the significance of the experimental study on self-compacting concrete is great in both theory and en^ineerin~ practice.
