摘要
针对粉煤灰的显著特性及其在工程中的应用情况,以粉煤灰、水泥和水灰比为变化参数,采用正交试验法研究了不同龄期下三因素对水泥土抗压强度的影响,分析了各因素水平之间的差异.结果表明,水泥掺量对水泥土抗压强度影响最大,水灰比也有明显影响,粉煤灰早期基本无影响,后期有一定影响,同时表明粉煤灰掺量在20%时水泥土后期强度提高最显著.此结论可供理论研究和工程实践参考.
With the notable characters of fly ash and its application in the engineering fields, fly ash, cement and watercement ration were taken as variable parameters in the experiment. The effect of the three elements on compressive strength of cement - soil in different phrases were explored with orthogonal experiment method. Meanwhile, the differences between various element levels were analyzed. The result shows that the mixing quantity of cement.has the maximum effect on the compressive strength of cement - soil, some effect on watercement ratio. Fly ash has no effect in earlier stage, and some effects in the later stage. Moreover, when the mixing quantity of fly ash is 20% of the cement, the compressive strength of cement - soil will reach the highest level. The conclusion provides reference for the theoretic investigation and design of engineering.
