介绍了汽车外饰塑件浇口凝料模内液压热切工艺,详细分析该技术在外饰塑件上使用的效果及遇到问题的解决方案,通过对典型案例的分析,了解其浇口凝料修剪技术的特点及在外饰塑件上后续应用的情况,还介绍了模内热切的工作原理及浇口注射工艺特点,通过对设备及注射工艺参数的探索,最终得到适用于外饰塑件的模内热切工艺,对提高浇口凝料修剪质量具有指导作用。
The hot cutting by hydraulic pressure in mould for vehicle exterior plastic part was researched. The effect and issue of the technology was elaborated. Through analyzing the typical cases, the technique feature of gate aggregate cutting and the application were understood. Also, the working principle and gate injecting feature were presented. Based on the analysis of the equipment and injection process group to get the best process line,the best process was obtained.
