摘要
随着"大数据时代"的来临,大数据在医药领域中将发挥越来越重要的作用,基于基因组学大数据和现代生物医学技术的个性化医疗,即精准医学,是未来医学的发展方向。如何获取、分类、存储大数据,如何挖掘大数据中有价值的信息,以及如何将大数据有效地应用于医药领域是目前研究的热点领域。本文对大数据及其特征、大数据分析技术以及大数据在医药领域的应用进行综述。
Big data will play more and more important role in medicine with the coming of ＂era of big data＂.Personalized medicine, i e. precision medicine, based on the genomic big data and modern biomedical technology,is the future direction of medicine. Acquisition,classification,storage of the big data and extraction of the valuable information from the big data are the vivid areas of study. In this paper,the definition and characteristics of big data,big data analysis technology and the application of big data in the field of medicine are reviewed.
