摘要
目的:观察超级伽玛刀配合常规放疗同步高压氧治疗鼻咽癌的临床疗效。方法:将72例确诊鼻咽癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组(各36例)。观察组在常规放疗同步高压氧治疗基础上配合超级伽玛刀立体定向治疗,对照组仅行常规放疗同步高压氧治疗。分析两组方案的临床疗效和毒副反应。结果:两组患者的局部晚期疗效评价,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论:超级伽玛刀联合常规放疗同步高压氧治疗鼻咽癌患者疗效明显,同时降低了常规放疗的不良反应发生率,能明显改善肿瘤患者的生存质量,是治疗鼻咽癌安全可靠的方法。
Objective：To obsmwe the clinical efficacy of super gamma knife combined with conventional radiotherapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods：All 72 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated by conventional radiotherapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and super gamma knife stereotactic treatment, the control group was treated with conventional radiotherapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Results：Efficacy in the observation group was better than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion ： Super gamma knife combined with conventional radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with hyperbaric oxygen treatment, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients ryngeal carcinoma. is a safe and reliable method in the treatment of nasopha ryngeal carcinoma.
