摘要
目的:观察调脂护肝方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效。方法:将112例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各56例。观察组以调脂护肝方口服,对照组以水飞蓟宾胶囊140 mg,每天3次,非诺贝特胶囊200 mg,每天1次。观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后肝功能及血脂变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为73.6%,观察组有效率为89.3%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后生化指标改善情况由于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调脂护肝方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病临床疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect Tiaozhi Hugan Formula（ TZHGF） on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（ NAFLD）. Methods： One hundred and twelve patients with NAFLD were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 56 cases in each group. The ones in the observation group were given TZHGF for oral administration,while the ones in the control group were given silibinin capsule,140 mg each time and 3 times a day; and fenofibrate capsules,200 mg each time and once a day. Then the ones of the two groups’ clinical curative effects,liver function change and blood lipid change before and after the treatment were observed. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 73. 6%,while that of the observation group was 89. 3%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the two groups’ biochemical index improvement were improved; the observation group was better than the control group; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： TZHGF has remarkable clinical curative effect on NAFLD.
