摘要
目的:观察复方丹参滴丸联合西药治疗老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年8月—2015年8月本社区门诊诊治的老年冠心病心绞痛患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组给予西药对症治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用复方丹参滴丸口服治疗。结果:两组患者心绞痛疗效比较,试验组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为70.0%,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者心电图疗效比较,试验组有效率为85.0%,对照组有效率为67.5%,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组住院时间、收缩压、心率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合西药治疗老年冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with western medicine on angina due to senile coronary heart disease. Methods： Totally 80 patiens with angina due to senile coronary heart disease treated in this community clinic between August 2014 and August 2015 were randomly divided into control group and experiment group,with 40 cases in each group. Control group were given symptomatic treatment of western medicine while experiment group were additionally orally given Compound Danshen Dripping Pills. Results： For the effects on angina,the effective rate of experiment group（ 95. 0%） was better than that of control group（ 70. 0%）（ P 〈 0. 05）. For the ECG efficacy,the effective rate of experiment group（ 85. 0%） was better than that of control group（ 67. 5%）（ P 〈 0. 05）. The duration of hospitalization,systolic pressure and heart rate of experiment group were better than these of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with western medicine has remarkable therapeutic effects on angina due to senile coronary heart disease.
