摘要
目的:观察半夏泻心汤治疗寒热错杂型胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2009年12月—2013年12月治疗的有胃溃疡病史,治疗时处于活动期,服药依从性好的寒热错杂型胃溃疡患者100例,随机分为中药组与对照组各50例。对照组给予四联疗法治疗,中药组给予半夏泻心汤加减治疗。结果:中药组转阴率84.78%,对照组转阴率55.56%,中药组优于对照组(P<0.05);中药组痊愈19例,显效20例,有效4例,无效7例,有效率86%,对照组痊愈10例,显效10例,有效9例,无效21例,有效率58%,中药组有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤治疗寒热错杂型胃溃疡疗效显著,能提高幽门螺杆菌转阴率。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction on gastric ulcer of intermingled cold and heat pattern. Methods： Patients with medical history of gastric ulcer treated in this hospital between November,2009 and December,2013 were selected. The treatment was conducted during the active stage. 100 patients with good drug medication compliance were randomized into Chinese medicine group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. Treatment group were given quadruple therapy while Chinese medicine group were administered Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction. Results： The negative conversion ratio of Chinese medicine group was 84. 78% and that of control group was 55. 56%（ P 〈 0. 05）. In Chinese medicine group,19 cases got cured,20 cases with excellent effects,4 cases with effects and 7 cases without effects; the effective rate was86%. In control group,10 cases got cured,10 cases with excellent effects,9 cases with effects and 21 cases without effect; the effective rate was 58%. The effective rate of Chinese medicine group was better than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction has remarkable therapeutic effects on gastric ulcer of intermingled cold and heat pattern,which can improve the negative conversion ratio of helicobacter pylori.
