成人肾母细胞瘤2例报道 被引量：2

摘要 肾母细胞瘤是儿童最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,约占儿童肾脏肿瘤的90%,其对放化疗敏感,但首选还是手术治疗。成人肾母细胞瘤（adult wilms tumor,AWT）极为少见,仅占所有肾肿瘤的0.5%-1.0%,其生物学特征尚不甚清楚。为提高临床医师对AWT的认识,现结合文献就其诊治体会分析如下。
