森林旅游产业集群竞争力GEM模型研究——以辽宁省本溪满族自治县为例 被引量:10

摘要 运用GEM模型,从基础、企业和市场三个方面考察辽宁省本溪县森林旅游产业在东北和内蒙古北方森林旅游区中的竞争力问题,从旅游产业发展中的各影响因素进行量化对比结果看:GEM模型得分514分,表明本溪满族自治县森林旅游产业集群的竞争力在东北和内蒙古北方森林旅游区中具有一定的竞争优势;在森林旅游产业集群中,旅游基础条件、企业发展和市场三个因素间的差别很小。Ⅰ因素对中,资源状具有明显的比较优势,但旅游可持续发展得分最低。Ⅱ因素对中,森林旅游产业自身竞争力尚不具备发展优势,产业规模和旅游从业人员素质影响了旅游产业的整体实力。Ⅲ因素对中,县域经济对旅游企业的支撑作用较强,在一定程度上弥补了旅游企业自身发展的不足,使整个森林旅游产业的竞争能力增强。本溪满族自治县在森林旅游业发展过程中存在一定的地方保护意识,旅游市场的竞争不够充分,影响了旅游企业效率的提升。 With the GEM model the competitiveness of forest tourism of Benxi Manchus Autonomous County in the northern forest tourism regions with Northeast China and Inner Mongolian included is examined in the perspectives of foundation, enterprise and market. The quantitative comparison of the influential factors of the forest tourism industry shows that the GEM model scores 514, which suggests that the industrial cluster of the Benxi forest tourism has a certain competitive advantage in the the forest tourism regions of Northeast China and Inner Mongolia; in the forest tourism industry cluster the influential factors of foundation, enterprise and market are slightly different from one to another; in Factor Combinations I, Benxi county has a certain comparative advantage in tourist resources but its potential of sustainable development scores lowest; in factor combinations Ⅱ, the county's industrial competitiveness of forest tourism is still from advantage because the industrial scale and employees' quality produce negative effects on the overall strength of its forest tourism;and in Factor Combinations Ⅲ, county economy offers a great support to the forest tourism industry, which partly makes up for the deficiency of the tourist enterprises in their own development and improves the overall competitiveness of the whole forest tourism industry. Also, it is found that local protectionism exists in the county's forest tourism, which leads to the fact that its the forest tourism market is not full of competition, which in turn affects the efficiency of tourism enterprises.
