摘要
旅游产业是一个分层次、多因素的复杂系统,其受到来自经济、自然、社会及产业自身等众多因素的影响。自鄱阳湖规划上升为国家战略后,鄱阳湖生态经济区旅游产业竞争力的评价研究已成为热点之一,然而对其定量评价的研究方法尚为少见。本文采用改进的层次分析法,构建了科学的旅游产业竞争力评价体系,并对各级指标进行权重分析,利用分析结果,对鄱阳湖生态经济区规划中所涉及的城市进行客观评价,为找出竞争优劣势提供了一个具有现实操作性的框架,同时也将为各区域城市旅游管理部门进行相关决策,提供较为客观和科学的依据。
Tourism industry is a complicated system with diverse layers and numerous factors, which is influenced by a great number of factors such as economy, nature, society and tourism itself and so on. Since Poyang Lake Planning has been promoted to be national strategy, the research on competitiveness of tourism industry in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone has become one of hot topics, but the method of quantitative evaluation is still very rare. This paper applies the revised hierarchical method to construct a scientific system for the evaluation of competitiveness of the tourism industry, and conduct weight analysis on the index at all levels, and then with results, paper make objective assessment on the cities involved with Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, which provide a practical framework of identifying advantages and disadvantages, and relative scientific and objective basis for decision - making of tourism management sector in regional cities.
