摘要
从N-S基本方程出发,采用亚格子尺度模型,运用大涡模拟方法,通过建模和数值计算研究涡轮叶片间流体流动时周围流场的速度、压力、雷诺数和流线分布情况,得出涡轮叶片间流场参数的分布范围,发现各个工况点流场的变化规律和影响因素。该研究结果对增压器涡轮结构进一步优化设计具有重要的指导意义。
This article bases from N- S basic equation,uses the grid scale model,uses the large eddy simulation method,studies the distribution of velocity,pressure,Reynolds number and streamline around the flow field when the fluid flows between the turbine blades through model and numerical calculation. It is concluded that the distribution of flow field parameters between the turbine blades. It is pointed that the point change rule and influence factors of flow field are found. The results indicate that the research results have important guiding significance to the further optimization design of turbocharger turbine structure.
