摘要
运用滑移网格技术,建立了某款大型车辆冷却风扇的模型,对其三维流场进行了数值模拟。其中,采用了基于雷诺平均N-S方程的湍流模型进行流场稳态模拟;采用了大涡模拟方法进行流场瞬态模拟。同时,对风扇流场的压力和速度进行分析;研究了风扇流量、风扇转速、扇叶数和气动噪声相互之间的关系。
By using sliding mesh technique,a model for the cooling fan of a large vehicle is built and a simulation on its 3D flow field is conducted,in which RNG k-ε model based on Reynolds averaged N-S equation is used for steady flow simulation while large eddy simulation method is used for that of transient flow field.In addition,the pressure and velocity in cooling fan flow field are analyzed and the relations between flow rate,rotation speed,blade number and aerodynamic noise of cooling fan are studied.
