摘要
结合CAE分析软件,通过对汽车前端保险杠塑料件进行浇口位置和数量、浇注系统和冷却系统的前期优化分析,确定了最佳注塑成型工艺参数,将工艺参数转换成注塑机能操作的参数后,进行保压分析,获得了确保塑料件注塑成型质量并最终应用于生产的注塑操作工艺卡;通过优化塑料件注塑成型工艺方法和参数,有效消除了塑料件的翘曲变形等缺陷,提高了塑件成型质量和试模效率,缩短了模具的研制周期和生产成本。
Combining with CAE analysis software, through the study of the gate location and quantity, the ear|y period optimization of the gating system and cooling system for the front car bumper plastic parts, the optimal injection molding process parameters were determined. After converting the process parameters to the operable parameters of injection molding machine, the pressure analysis was carried out to obtain the injection process card eventually applied in the production to ensure the quality of plastic injection molding part. By optimizing the method and parameters for plastic injection molding processI the defects such as plastic parts warp distortion are effectively eliminated, the quality of the plastic molding and test efficiency improve, and the development period of the mould and the cost of production are shortened.
