摘要
镁合金板带材在轧制过程中容易产生边裂等缺陷。对薄带材轧制,边裂不仅将增加切边、降低成材率,更不利的是边裂在后续轧制道次扩展,容易引起断带,造成连续轧制中断,破坏生产过程的连续性。结合AZ31镁合金薄板的轧制试验,跟踪记录,总结了轧制过程中产生的边裂的形态,分析了其特点;设计了预制裂纹的镁合金板材试件,通过轧制试验研究了不同宽度板材的裂纹、不同形状的裂纹和裂纹圆弧化处理后,在轧制过程中的扩展和演变规律,为抑制和控制边裂的产生与扩展,生产无边裂缺陷的镁合金薄板带材提供依据。
Edge fracture and cracks are the common defects in the rolling process of Mgalloy sheets. In the rolling process of strips,edge fractures will increase edge cutting amount and reduce yields. What is worse,edge fractures developing in the latter rolling passes will cause strip breakage,rolling interrupt and destroy production continuity. The mophology of the edge fracture and cracks of AZ31 sheet during rolling are summrrized,and their charateristics and generation principle are analyzed according to the rolling test and tracking records.The specimens with preprocessed edge cracks with different width,shape and arc treament are designed and employed for further rolling experiments. The propagation and evolution of the edge craks in AZ31 sheet specimens are investigated. It provides the feasibility to produce the thin sheet without edge fracture by controlling generation and propagation of edge cracks.
