摘要
通过对高速走丝线切割机故障数据的跟踪记录 ,获得了较为丰富准确的可靠性数据 ,基于PowerBuilder和Sybase建立了线切割机可靠性数据库 ;分析了线切割机故障的部位、模式及原因 ,指出了线切割机的薄弱环节及潜在弱点 ,为可靠性分析和设计提供了依据。
For this analysis,field failure data have been collected on WEDM,and the data base of reliability has built based on PowerBuilder and Sybase.The failure positions,failure modes and failure causes of WEDM are described in details.And the weakest link of WEDM is pointed out,so as to provide with the basis for the reliability analyses and design.
