摘要
回顾了近年来慢性疲劳综合征(Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,CFS)中医辨证分型的相关文献,分析该病的中医病机及分型特征。中医辨证施治在CFS治疗中有一定的优势,但CFS中医临床证侯表现多样,辨证分型不统一,缺乏客观公认的疗效评价标准。因此,总结中医证侯学分布特征,制定统一的中医分型和疗效评价标准,对客观评估和有效治疗CFS具有重要意义。
A review on the recent literature related to chronic fatigue syndrome differentiation of TCM, TCM pathogenesis of thedisease and the syndrome character were performed as followed. The dialectical treatment of TCM appears certain advantages in treatingCFS, but in the CFS clinical TCM manifestations of diversity, dialectical typing is not unified, lack of efficacy evaluation criteria acceptedobjective. Therefore, the TCM distribution characteristics were summarized to formulate a unified standard of efficacy evaluation.
