摘要
目的:观察中药离子导入配合艾灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及护理。方法:对70例膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用中药离子导入配合艾灸治疗,2周为一个疗程,连续2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:70例患者中,痊愈30例,显效25例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率为95.7%。结论:中药离子导入配合艾灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切,副作用小,医疗费用较低,值得在临床中推广。
Objective To observe effects of iontophoresis plus moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 70 patients withknee osteoarthritis were given moxibustion and TCM medicine iontophoresis. Results： In 70 patients, 30 cases recovered, 25 cases weremarkedly effective, effective in 12 cases, invalid in 3 cases; the total efficiency was 95.7%. Conclusion： TCM medicine iontophoresis plusmoxibution on knee osteoarthritis showed fewer side effects, lower health care costs, and should be promoted in clinic.
