摘要
目的探讨小针刀治疗肩周炎的临床疗效,并分析其护理方法。方法对100例肩周炎患者实施小针刀治疗,手术前后实施有效的护理。结果 100例患者中,有88例完全治愈,有10例治疗效果为显效,有2例治疗效果为无效,总有效率为98%。结论小针刀治疗肩周炎可取得满意的疗效,值得在医疗实践中推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of little needle knife for treating periarthritis of shoulder, and the analysis of its nursing method. Methods 100 cases of patients with Scapulohumeral Periarthritis Treated by operation be- fore and after implementation, implementation of effective nursing. Results Of 100 cases, 88 cases cured, 10 cases marked- ly, there were 2 cases of therapeutic effect was ineffective, the total effective rate was 98%. Conclusion The small needle knife treatment of periarthritis of shoulder can obtain satisfactory curative effect, is worth in medical practice to promote the use.
