摘要
在目前轨道交通建设力推PPP模式的情形下,文章首先从PPP社会资本属性的角度,主要有建筑施工企业、机电信号系统企业、房地产企业、地铁运营企业等类型,对不同的轨道交通PPP模式进行了比较分析。接着就轨道交通项目的网运分离进行了分析。最后就轨道交通项目未来可能的趋势从政府、社会资本两个角度进行了展望。
Firstly, under the current rail transit construction pushing PPP mode situation, the paper from the angle of PPP attribute of social capital, mainly construction enterprises, electromechanical signal system enterprises, real estate enterprises, subway operators and other types, different rail transit PPP mode were compared. Then the analysis is carried out on the separation of the rail transit project. At last, the future trend of the rail transit project is discussed from two angles of government and social capital.
