摘要
【目的】:为掌握荷斯坦牛群体改良效果。【方法】:收集陕西咸阳某奶牛场近3年1000头荷斯坦牛群体生产数据并加以分析。【结果】:经过群体改良,2014年该牛场全群日平均产奶量较2012年提高21%,为26kg/d,乳脂率及乳蛋白率分别为4.47%和3.29%。差异显著性分析发现,不同年份间乳脂率无显著性差异(P>0.05),乳蛋白率2013、2014年分别与2012年显著差异(P<0.05);乳脂率和乳蛋白率均与日平均产奶量呈负相关(相关系数分别为-0.2631和-0.7739),乳脂率与乳蛋白率呈正相关(r=0.4841);全群平均体细胞数不同季节间无显著性差异(P>0.05);不同胎次间产奶量存在极显著差异(P<0.01),产奶量随胎次的增加而增加。【结论】:DHI体系的推行有利于该场荷斯坦奶牛群体改良。
【Objective】:To investigate Holstein population's improvement.【Methods】:This paper collects and analyzes the data of 1000 adult cows for 3years in a dairy cattle farm which is located in Xianyang,Shaanxi.【Results】:It show that the average milk production is 26Kg/d in2014,it is 21% higher than the data of 2012,fat percentage and protein rate are 4.47%and 3.29%.There is no significant effect on the milk fat rate among three years and highly significant effect(P〈0.05)on the milk protein rate(2014with 2012,2013 with 2012);fat percentage and protein rate are inversely related to daily milk production(r=-0.2631,-0.7739),but fat percentage and protein rate are related(r=0.4841);SCC is under benchmark,there is no significant effect on SCC(P〉0.05)between different seasons;besides,there is highly significant effect on the milk production(P〈0.01),it also goes high with the increasing of the fetal times.【Conclusion】:DHI system can speed up the herd's improvement work.
