高原西藏黄牛、娟姗牛及其杂交牛生长发育规律分析 被引量:2

Analysis of growth and development patterns of Tibetan yellow cattle,Jersey cattle,and their hybrids in plateau regions

摘要 试验旨在探究高原低氧环境下西藏黄牛、娟姗牛、杂交牛(娟姗牛♂×西藏黄牛♀,F_(2)代)的生长发育规律。试验收集1~8月龄西藏黄牛、高原出生娟姗牛和杂交牛体重与体尺生长数据,采用Logistic、Gompertz、Brody和Von Bertalanffy 4种模型进行曲线拟合和分析。结果显示:4月龄,杂交牛体重和体尺指标超过西藏黄牛和娟姗牛。随着月龄的增加,娟姗牛生长速度超过西藏黄牛和杂交牛。西藏黄牛和杂交牛体重、体直长、体高和胸围生长曲线的最佳拟合模型分别为Brody模型和Logistic模型;娟姗牛体重生长最佳拟合模型为Gompertz模型,体尺各项指标均为Brody模型。西藏黄牛、杂交牛和娟姗牛体重估计值分别为202.219、294.232、482.779kg,体直长估计值分别为99.756、 131.693、 146.461cm,体高估计值分别为105.382、 127.983、116.048 cm,胸围估计值分别为133.779、187.019、161.923 cm。研究表明,引用娟姗牛种公牛冻精改良西藏黄牛,改善了杂交后代的体重和体尺指标,效果较好。 This study aimed to investigate the growth and development patterns of Tibetan yellow cattle,Jersey cattle,and hybrid cattle(Jersey cattle♂×Tibetan yellow cattle♀,F_(2) generation)under the hypoxic plateau environment.Data on body weight and body measurements(1~8 months of age)of Tibetan yellow cattle,plateau-born Jersey cattle,and hybrid cattle were collected and analyzed using four growth curve models:Logistic,Gompertz,Brody,and Von Bertalanffy.The results showed that hybrid cattle exhibited superior body weight and body measurements compared to Tibetan yellow cattle and Jersey cattle at four months of age.As age increased,the growth rate of Jersey cattle surpassed that of Tibetan yellow cattle and hybrid cattle.The optimal fitting models for the growth curves of body weight,body straight length,body height and chest circumference of Tibetan yellow cattle and hybrid cattle were the Brody model and the Logistic model,respectively.The optimal fitting model for the body weight growth of Jersey cattle is the Gompertz model,and all indicators of body size were the Brody model.The estimated body weights of Tibetan yellow cattle,hybrid cattle and Jersey cattle were 202.219,294.232 and 482.779 kg respectively,the estimated body straight lengths were 99.756,131.693 and 146.461 cm respectively,and the estimated body heights were 105.382,127.983 and 116.048 cm respectively.The estimated chest circumference values were 133.779,187.019 and 161.923 cm respectively.The study indicates that the frozen semen of Jersey cattle is introduced to improve Tibetan yellow cattle,which improves the weight and body size indicators of the hybrid offspring,and the effect is good.
