自助服务技术研究回顾、述评与展望 被引量:3

摘要 自助服务技术是一种使得顾客得以在没有服务人员直接介入的情况下生产某种服务的技术界面。目前自助服务技术尤其是网络自助服务技术已经渗透到消费者生活的方方面面,并成为企业和学术界关注的新话题。鉴于国内相关研究较少,本文对自助服务技术领域的相关文献进行了梳理,归纳了自助服务技术的概念、分类和影响消费者采纳的因素等内容,并对未来研究提出建议,以期推动国内学术界对这一领域更多的关注和实证探讨。
