摘要
在文献回顾的基础上提出网络能力、资源获取和技术创新绩效之间的假设模型,并以西安市215家科技型小微企业为研究样本,对整体模型进行实证分析。研究结果表明:科技型小微企业网络能力对信息获取、知识获取和资金获取均有显著的正向影响;信息获取和知识获取在科技型小微企业网络能力与技术创新绩效之间起部分中介作用;资金获取对科技型小微企业技术创新绩效不产生显著影响。研究结论为科技型小微企业的技术创新活动提供一定的指导和借鉴。
Based on the literature review, a hypothesis model of network capability, resource acquisition and performance of technology innovation is proposed. By taking 215 technology - based small and micro enterprises in Xi＇ an as samples, an empirical study on the model is conducted. The results show that technology - based small and micro enterprises network capability has a significant positive impact on information acquisition, knowledge acquisition and capital acquisition. Infor- mation acquisition and knowledge acquisition play a partial intermediary role in the relationship between technology - based small and micro enterprises network capability and performance of technology innovation. Capital acquisition has an insig- nificant impact on technology - based small and micro enterprises＇ performance of technology innovation. The findings of this paper provide a beneficial guidance for technology - based small and micro enterprises＇ technology innovation activi- ties.
