摘要
在对现有文献进行梳理和回顾的基础上,系统分析并界定了企业网络能力的内涵,探讨了网络能力的主要构成维度,并对网络能力的影响因素以及其与组织绩效的关系进行了全面剖析。最后,对企业网络能力的未来研究方向进行展望。
After looking back to existing relevant literature, this paper makes a systematic analysis to the connotation, constitution and antecedents of firm network competence, and meanwhile ex- plains the relationship between network competence and organizational performance. And then, future research directions on firm network competence are pointed out.
