摘要
本文在梅森的PAPA框架下,结合大学图书馆的工作流程及服务中的信息伦理困境,包括信息采集、信息加工、信息提供、信息服务等工作中隐含的、面临的信息伦理风险或问题,探讨解决办法,包括:建立规范、完善技术和制度、在信息素质教育中落实信息伦理教育等。
Under Mason＇s PAPA theory framework,this paper discusses the information ethics issues of the work in university libraries,such as information collection,processing,providing and service,and explores solutions,including establishing standards,improving technology and information systems,and implementing ethics education in the information literacy education.
