环境约束下我国三大城市群全要素生产率的增长差异研究——基于Global Malmquist-Luenberger指数方法 被引量:15

Research on Differences Exist of Total Factor Productivity Growth in Three Major Urban Agglomerations of China under Environmental Constraint:Based on Global Malmquist-Luenberger Index

摘要 该文首先基于方向性距离函数和Global Malmquist-Luenberger指数对2003~2013年京津冀、长三角及珠三角城市群环境约束下的全要素生产率(TFP)变动情况进行了测算与分解,然后从增长源泉、影响因素及经济增长贡献三个方面对京津冀、长三角及珠三角城市群环境TFP变化的差异性展开对比分析。结果表明:京津冀、长三角及珠三角城市群环境TFP总体都呈增长趋势,但京津冀、长三角和珠三角城市群环境TFP增速依次递减,并且技术进步是推动各城市群TFP增长的主要动力,技术效率低下是造成长三角和珠三角城市群TFP增速缓慢的根本原因。人均GRP和资本劳动比对京津冀、长三角以及珠三角城市群环境TFP增长都具有显著的正向影响,但FDI对环境TFP增长的影响系数都显著为负。京津冀和珠三角城市群环境TFP增长对城市经济增长的贡献率略高于长三角城市群,但均不足10%,各城市群的经济发展仍然具有典型的粗放型增长特征。 In this paper,we measure and decompose total factor productivity(TFP)of JingJin-Ji,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta urban agglomerations during 2003~2013based on directional distance function and Global Malmquist-Luenberger index which accounting for environmental pollution,and we analysis the difference of TFP growth in Jing-Jin-Ji,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta from the aspects of TFP growth's power source,influencing factors and contribution to economic Growth.The results show that TFP in Jing-Jin-Ji,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta are all on an upward trend and TFP growth are mainly derived by technological progress.The growth rate of TFP in Jing-Jin-Ji is highest,while the Pearl River Delta's growth rate is lowest,and the slow growth of Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta are mainly caused by technical efficiency.GRP per capita and factor endowment structure have positive effect on TFP growth,but FDI has negative impact on TFP growth. Under environmental constraint,the contribution of TFP growth to urban economic growth in Jing-JinJi and Pearl River Delta are bigger than Yangtze River Delta,but the contribution of three urban agglomerations are all less than 10%.Therefore,the economies of three city groups are still characterized by the extensive growth pattern.
