摘要
以氯化铵、五氯化磷为原料,在氧化锌-吡啶复式催化下制备六氯环三磷腈(HCCP);以季戊四醇、三氯氧磷为原料,二氧六环为溶剂制备笼型结构PEPA;碱性条件下六氯环三磷腈与PEPA反应生成一类新型含笼状结构的N-P无卤阻燃剂HCPPA,其化学结构通过IR和1 H-NMR进行表征,同时对各步反应条件进行了优化,该阻燃剂在纺织品中的阻燃性能测试工作正在研究之中。
With ammonium chloride and phosphorus pentachloride as raw material, the hexachlorotrieyclo- phosphazene(HCCP) is prepared under catalyst of zinc oxide and pyridine. With pentaerythritol and phos- phorus oxychloride as raw material, 1,4-dioxane as solvent, the cage structure PEPA is prepared. Under alkaline condition, by the reaction between hexachlorotricyclophosphazene and PEPA, a novel cage struc- ture of N-P flame retardant HCPPA is obtained, and its chemical structure is characterized by IR and a H- NMR. The reaction conditions of each step are also optimized. The performance tests of the flame retard- ant in textile are being studied.
