摘要
采用不同类型和不同用量的无卤阻燃剂与高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)熔融混合,制得无卤阻燃HIPS。考察了阻燃剂的品种和用量对HIPS阻燃效果的影响,对研制的阻燃HIPS进行阻燃性能测试和燃烧热的测试,并叙述了各阻燃剂的基本阻燃机理。
When the HIPS is blended and melted with different kinds and amount of non-halogen flame retardant, the non-halogen inflaming retarding HIPS is to be manufactured. Thus the influence of quantity and type of flaming retardants on inflaming retarding effects of HIPS will be observed. Then the inflaming retarding property and the combustion heat of inflaming retarding HIPS developed will be measured. In the last part of the paper, the inflaming retarding mechanism of the flame retardants is discussed.
