摘要
由于国家大力发展职业教育,高职院校得以快速发展。就业难是很多高职院校面临的现实问题,特别是高职院校会计专业学生。很多用人单位在招聘会计人员时,要求有工作经验,因此,加强高职院校会计专业学生素质教育,提高就业率显得尤为重要。笔者从课程体系创新、教学方法创新、评价方法创新、校企合作创新和就业观念创新等五个方面,研究如何提高高职院校会计专业学生素质,提高该专业毕业生就业率。
With the development of vocational education in china, vocational colleges are developing rapidly. At present, the number of students in vocational colleges is 9,736,373. Employment pressure is a real problem to them. It is more difficult for the accounting Major students because of the requirement of work experience while the relevant job seeking. Thus it is very important to enhance the quality of accounting major students in vocational colleges to raise the employment rate. The author researched how to accomplish it from the fellow five innovations: curriculum system innovation, teaching methods ' innovation, evaluation methods' innovation, school-enterprise cooperation innovation and employment concept innovation.
