摘要
目的深入探讨在糖尿病周围神经病变的临床治疗中采用硫辛酸治疗的临床效果,为糖尿病周围神经病变临床治疗提供借鉴和依据。方法在该院2012年8月—2014年10月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者中选出40例作为该次研究的对象,随机将40例患者均分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组行基础治疗,观察组行硫辛酸治疗,然后就两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。从临床治疗的角度来看,硫辛酸属于并酸痛脱氢复合体的辅助因子,能够有效清除细胞内氧自由基,能够有效维持神经内膜血流和神经传导速度,临床效果显著;基于此,该院就将采用实例对比的方式为切入点,深入探讨在糖尿病合并周围神经病变的治疗中,选取硫辛酸进行治疗的临床效果。结果经系统的治疗,两组患者在治疗总有效率上比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病周围神经病变的临床治疗中,采用硫辛酸进行治疗能够有效提高治疗效果。方法经过临床验证,具有一定的科学性和有效性,值得在临床实践中予以借鉴。
Objective To further explore the clinical curative effect of Thioctic Acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy so as to provide reference and basis for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods 40 cases with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted in our hospital from August 2012 to October 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated by the basic treatment, and those in the observation group were treated by Thioctic Acid. And the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. From the point of view of clinical treatment, Thioctic Acid belongs to the cofactor of pyruvate dehydrogenase complex, which can effectively remove the intracellular oxygen free radicals, maintain the endoneurial blood flow and nerve conduction velocity with significant clinical effect, and based on this, our hospital uses practical comparison as the starting point, in-depthly studies the clinical effect of Thioctic Acid in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy. Results The effect of systematic treatment showed that the overall response rate of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）（see Table 1 for details）. Conclusion Thioctic Acid can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, this treatment has been clinically verified with certain scientificalness and effectiveness, so it is worthy of reference in clinical practice.
